Can't compete survey if using certain browsers

Hi

I've created a survey: http://www.salgfmg.com.au/index.php?option=com_communitysurveys&view=survey&id=10&catid=49&Itemid=101&skey=u5WqfWyOLzur3PZb

And users using the following browsers can't seem to complete the survey:

Apple Safai Max OS x

IE Windows 7

IE Windows 10

 

Yet all other browsers are working fine - ie Microsoft Edge Windows 10, Apple Safari Max OS x Puma and anyone using Chrome no matter what windows system.

Any clues?
