I have upgraded to the latest version of Community polls and modules. On the front end, users cannot submit a new poll.

The page simply refreshes and goes to this url: component/communitypolls/list/polls

ALso, I downloaded the Jcomment plugin, but it does not install in the Joomla installer, it says "Could not find an XML setup file in the package."
