Still can't create surveys. When I enter information in the form and click on "Continue" it redirects to the top of the page, with the link showing a hash at the end like this http://www.smeclub.net/get-involved/surveys/create#

Furthermore, I can't see the buttons for Home, Create Survey, My Surevey, Contunue and Cancel. They are all showing as text links.

What could be the cause for all these?
