Problem: Attachment 3 shows the screen prior to pressing the cancel button. Attachment 1 shows the screen after pressing the cancel button. I don't want the screen to show everything that I've circled in yellow. The links shown circled in yellow are links to other surveys I've created. I am not sure what code is generating the picture and the "Say Yes to Wes". The home page of my website, prior to pressing cancel, is shown in attachment 2. When the cancel button is pressed I would like a message to display that says "Survey has been cancelled, please close this window."
