I am on Joomla 3.4.8 (but the same issue on 3.5.1), using the latest version of CJForum 1.3.1. All permissions are setup correctly, however the button to create a new topic is missing. I have tried to use previous version, which works fine however there is another bug - when you add reply to topic, you are redirected to the home page. Everything was working fine before Joomla update 3.4.8. Could you please give an advise how to solve this problem?
