I just installed Community Survey 3.5.6. I have created two public surveys. I can click on the links to the surveys and am directed to the intro pages. However, when I select continue I get a blank page for both. I have played around with a number of the settings with the component and the various modules and plugins that were installed with the software but can't seem to fix this issue. I do have Use Site Styles selected which houses the initial pages but when I go to a questions page it goes blank whether or not the site styles are implemented or not.
