I've chosen to test CJBlog over EasyBlog for work because EasyBlog does not export blogs in case a change of software/platform is needed.
From reading your website page on CJBlog, an "export" function is not needed. Yipee! (Cost wasn't a consideration, a "Pro" version of CJBlog would be fine.)

So, I just successfully installed CJBlog on our J3.3.1, but like others, the "setup" never happened -no menus, permissions, etc.

Reading related blog posts here and reading the basic installation manual has gotten me "nowhere". I can't even find on the back end how to create a blog post.

I'm reasonable good with Joomla basics having worked with Joomla since version 1.5, but I am Completely Lost and nothing but frustrated after 3 hours.

Would someone help? I'm sure I'm not the first nor last decision maker that is frustrated that there isn't "basic functionality" after installation and is ready to move on.
