Hi, i've been waiting since last year to compute scores for my psychological questions.. I really need your help because the professor keep on asking regarding the compute score.. Previously i already post over here in the forum regarding this problem, i thought the "Per answer mark assignment" update will solve this problem, but now it is already in a critical level.. Please help me solve this problem..

I just want participants answer the question and their scores will be compute and shown to them.. Please i really need this simple feature, prof has been giving me months to settle this task but until now unable to finish it because of the compute score.. Take a look at the images:-
