I am looking for a survey component that will allow for conditional-response questions. For example, I have a question asking users about satisfaction with service. The allowable answers will be on a scale from 1-5, with 5 being "Excellent" and 1 being "Terrible". If a user selects 1 (Terrible), I would like an area to expand (or pop-up, or whatever) asking the user to explain their rating.

Is that possible with your extension?
