Configure the Following in Community Answer

I am using Joomla 1.5 and am unable to get some of the items working.
1. How can I re-route the person asking the question to the login page when he clicks on the ask question instead of showing the tag line that he must "contact the administrator...."
2. Is there a way to show the number of views that a question has had on the columns listing the question, in addition to the answers?
