Hi,

all my surveys have problems with a continuous 'Please Wait' on the screen when we try to take the survey. I have attached an image so you can see the problem. This happens in the main survey component and in any module versions. 

When inspecting google elements it shows:

Refused to execute script from 'http://www.mysite.co.uk/survey/123-business-support/components/com_xipt/assets/js/acl.js' because its MIME type ('text/html') is not executable, and strict MIME type checking is enabled.

and also:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'parentNode' of undefined http://www.mysite.co.uk/media/com_cjlib/jquery/jquery.blockui.js
