CoreJoomla API component is not up-to date

Hi,

We are trying to get the surveys running on a Joomla 1.6 website so have downloaded and installed for Joomla 1.5.

thecom_cjlib_v1.3.3.zip
com_communitysurveys.zip Version 2.0.12

Both installed without error but when trying to load the survey control panel I get the error "CoreJoomla API component is not up-to date and must be updated to use Community Quiz".

Please can you send me a link to a valid CoreJoomla API package that will correct the issue.

Unfortunately at this stage this is a live very heavily customized site and we are not in a position where it can be upgraded to Joomla 2.5 or above.
