What is the correct method for calling CJP pages from the main menu? For instance:

Main Menu Item: Vote > User Vote Summary
Main Menu Item Poll > User Poll Summary
Main Menu Submit Poll > Subit Poll Form

I have used external / internal URL with a degree of success but it does not seem to me to be a particularly satisfactory approach so I thought there must be a neater solution.
