Create TOTAL Crossword

Wouldn't it be better (only in my opinion I guess, :-) ) if a user could actually create a total crossword in the sense that he/she actually creates the questions/answers that will be used in the crossword instead of them being randomly selected from the Bank that is created through the Submit Question button?
