The training supervisor needs to see everyone's quiz results (i.e. result, report, certificate).  The menu item "My Responses" only shows the logged in user's responses. 

Replicate the code and ...just take out the "Where user_id = logged in user" and your done.  I know there is more to it than that, but not much...

You will need to add the user name to the listing...  and maybe allow the table headings an order_by capability.

NOTE: the training supervisor need not have back end access.
