I create a survey in CP 2.0.11

When testing the survey I get this error

Fatal error: error traversing database - perhaps it is corrupt? in /home/ratings/public_html/components/com_cjlib/framework/geoip.inc on line 606

Go to http://www.ratings.com.au/index.php/home/community-surveys and click on the Test Survey
