When I invite people to take the survey the mail is sent ok, but when you try to answer the questions by clicking the link on your mail it appears this message in the presentation of the survey, dont know why.

Help me, please.

ps: if you dont know the solution, anyway id like to jump this fist page. So the customer can aswer diretly the question without passing by this presentation page.
