community polls  3.5.8

creating a new poll and adding images (jpg) to the answers, it appears an error message "rename failed" along with the message "Poll successfully saved". The rename error appears as often as the number of images i like to add.

Folders under media/communitypolls (tmp / cache / images) exists, rights are 0755.

Any suggestions? Thanks
