I just installed latest version of quiz component :  initially 3.5.5 and lateron v4.

though apparently working fine both of them showed wierd text as attached below on clicking my quizzes under main menu as on https://indorecentral.com/index.php/quiz/my-quizzes

tag migration was not successful after installation of v4, as ourlined in second image
