Hi, we are a market research company who send out our surveys to around 10,000 people.
First of all we get a lot of replied back that are marked pending rather than marked finalized. Far more than we expect to see. What does pending mean? Does it mean they started the survey but did not complete them?
Secondly we get surveys back that are marked as finalized but key fields are coming back blank when we have made them mandatory. Some responses fields are filled out, others are not. Can you help out here? thank you
