Fitbit.com disabling API subscriber

I got an email from fitbit saying...

Your application ... was failing to respond properly to notification requests from the Fitbit API, so your subscriber was disabled.

I've tried re-enabling it but same thing happens - I can see from the fitbit.com console it is failing. Not sure why this has just started happening, as I've had the compoment running ok for a few weeks now.

So I'm trying to find out how to fix this. Not quite show where to look / what to do... possible one clue: Is it normal for /index.php?option=com_cjfit&task=subscriber.execute to throw a 404 when entered into a browser?
