I dont' get to see the Polls created by registered Users waiting for approval in the control panel.

When a User creates a Poll the message below is displayed and the email is sent but nothing happens in the Approval Panel.

Your poll has been sent for approval and will be reviewed before it is published.

At the same time the email contains a link for approval that directs the user to the URL

http://myste.com/index.php/pesquisas-home/approve?key=

and it produces the following message in the Front end >>> An error occurred while processing your request. Please reload page and try again.
