I am having problem formating the email sent to user groups. I don't know why I am getting this horrible green template (see attached)

• Could you help me and give guidance on where to go to amend it ?
• Also could you help with a way to replace the complicated, bad looking Survey url with something less scary for profane ?

Thank you very much for your product, I could do what I wanted quickly and solve (almost) all my pb with the forum
