Usually when I edit a survey, I'm editing the questions or adding to them. It would be handy to have a link in the survey list that takes me directly to the question editing rather than the general survey parameters first and then having to click "Continue".

Essentially that means two icons, one for editing the survey parameters, the other for editing the survey questions.
