until now at other Joomla! vendors it was usual to me that I get an confirmation mail immediately as ticket or other kind of message.

Did you receive my support inquiry from below? (only partially repeated)

Either switch to German or to English, frontend and backend, only your component shows no reaction in my site.

I am sad, because a long time ago I gave up with your never good working stuff, then I was a long time too sick.

Just now I renewed your survey component with the hope it would be better than before.

And now? It doesn't work and because all other parts in my site which I began new are working fine thus I have no further ideas.

Please help me fast to show me that your component can work well like the other components.
