I observed the following about Headermenu:

Installing CjBlog 1.2.0 with CjLib 2.0.14 on Joomla 3.2.3 on
- Yootheme
- Rockettheme
- Joomlashine

the headermenu is always blocked in mobile view.


Then I tried CjBlog 1.1.8 with CjLib 2.0.12 on Joomla 3.2.3 no conflict on Joomlashine.
(I won't try the others because of too many other conflicts.)

But for Joomlashine I can tell you that 1.2.0 (with CjLib 2.0.14) is blocked and 1.1.8 (with CjLib 2.0.12) not :)

Important:
CommunityAnswers and CommunityPolls is working on all themes with both CjLibs (though not always looking good...)
