I have one problem and one question. I hope you can help me out.

Problem: When copying one survey I get the wrong report after filling it.

I select the copy button and it copies the survey without problems. I publish the new and renamed survey but when I fill the copied survey, the report shows first the last page of the survey and I find that the first page of the survey is missing.

Question: How can I skip the introduction Message from the basic information (actually skip the whole basic information page) and go directly to the first question on my survey? In other words, How can I get the survey started on question 1?
