hide (exclude) certain questions from reports

Hi,

I have a survey which can be filled in with not registered users (public) But... we want to be able to see who took the survey by asking someones name and emailadres. is it possible to ask those questions but to not show the answers to those questions in the public reports, for everyone to see? So most of the questions must be seen by everyone but 2 questions shoud be excluded for everyone to see, execpt from the backend.
