How to duplicate polls

Hey I am making a site where people can go and vote on what they want in their area. so I have a bunch of zip codes set up and each zip code will have 6 categories in it and each category will have between 3 - 20 polls. I did the math and I need to create 40,800 polls and thats just for 100 zip codes. I plan to ad more zip codes as time goes on.

My question is how can I create each poll 1 time and then duplicate it for each zip code after the initial one is set up and just change the category.

I'm running joomla 1.7 and CP 1.7.0
