Hi,

We have a survey at the end of some of our quizzes, and its answers should not be regarded as correct or incorrect. However, I don't see an option to use certain types of questions without setting at least one answer as right or wrong in each question. For example, I show an example of a Single Selection (radio) and the Radio Grid below as they appear in the score report. These may give the users the wrong impression about whether we consider their opinions or feedback correct or incorrect. These particular questions are set to "Exclude from Scoring" and are not Mandatory.

How can I have questions such as these which do not appear "scored' or "right or wrong" to the user?
