Hello! I'd like to allow our forum moderators and administrators to be able to edit or delete replies to a topic, but I can't seem to find the buttons for that. 

But I don't want them to have to approve every post or reply. Is there a way to do this? I can't seem to find it, because even when Edit State is turned on, those possibilities don't appear. It seems that you can only manage the topic.
