I realize that Community Answers is not a forum, but is there a way to migrate the questions/answers from a forum like Kunena or Fireboard into Community Answers?

My site's older demographics make a forum a bit intimidating for them. I really think they'd prefer Community Answers, but I hate to lose all the great Q&A in our current forum.

Thoughts? Suggestions?
