Folks,

I'm looking to format my survey.  I need to things.  First, I have a multiple choice question.  The last questions is "Other".  I want a single text line to appear right after the answer "Other".  How do you place a single text line on the same line as the answer?

Second, I need to have a question that "nests" additional questions based upon the first question.  Can you direct me to some documentation that explains "nesting questions"?  I looked in the wiki, but it was not very detailed.
