Include categories

Hi,
I realy like this Blog component. Nice and clean :)
It would be great with some more documentation and also in the plugin for articles it would be great if you could ad "Include" categories and not only exclude, so you have both options.
Exclude in my case, is many many ID's as I only want 1 categori for the blog. And if I create more categories later I need to go in and exclude them also.

But great work. I appreciate your effort!
