Intermittent bug in CS (on your demo too)

Hi Maverick,

There is an intermittent bug in CS on Joomla 3.2.2.

Occasionally, when selecting 'Continue' from a survey start screen, the button then says 'Please Wait' and nothing happens. The only solutions appears to be reloading the page. No JS errors appear in console. I also note that the ?key is not added to the URL when that error occurs, unlike the usual behavior when clicking that button (?key is added as the new page loads)
