“Invalid file extension” when clicking “Import” button

We exported a survey in order to then import it to create a copy. However, when we click the Import button, it gives us the error, "Invalid file extension", as the very first reaction. In other words, there is no place to even select a file.
Access to viewing replies is restricted.
