I have created a question bank

In question bank I have added 61 questions

For each title I have two questions in the answers tab

Best Action

Worst Action

I have ensured and double checked that the sorting has been setup as Best Action is first and Worst Action is second. I also verified it in the table

But when the quiz is shown - some cases it shows Best Action first and some cases it shows Worst Action first.
