I have a survey for which global invite url is - https://www.anildagia.com/index.php?option=com_communitysurveys&view=survey&id=3&catid=78&Itemid=5075&skey=MGr7mlEFL89SbUAm
If I access the above URL and click on start survey - then it works (there is another issue I have raised but I think i know why that is happening and to resolve it I would need to create a menu item for this survey).
Now I created a menu item for single survey - https://www.anildagia.com/personal-outcomes-form-icf
I access this link. It shows the description page for survey.
I click on Start Survey
Immediately I get the message you are unauthorised to respond to this survey.
It is the same survey as the one above. But when I access by global url link - it goes ahead but if I create a menu item for the same then I get unauthorised message.
Am I doing something wrong in the settings?
In my setup at the global component level permission setting I have set permission for public to respond to survey and each survey inherits the global setting. Then why the survey is unauthorised message when accessed through menu?
