Issues with Voting End Date display on the front end

I am using Community Polls 5.3.3, and I have the Voting End Date set to "2023-05-16 23:59:59", however on the front end it is showing "This poll will be closed on May 29, 2018, at midnight."  I am using the content plugin to post the poll into an article, if that matters.

Has anyone else had this issue?  If so how did you fix it?
