I'm trying to create a survey using the Joomla content editor (with JCE) to insert files for download and hyper links in the survey description.

When I save the survey all the HTML is stripped out of the content. I've enabled plugins in the content however this doesnt seem to help. Please can you confirm if this is a bug or if Surveys is supposed to strip the HTML out of the descriptions?
