I am having a jquery error that is preventing the CA module and it's tabs from displaying. Please see here..

I have tried disabling all other components being used but to no avail. What am I missing? Any help would be much appreciated.

The edit question form is also erroring and I think is missing some styling as a result (the 'Article', 'image', 'read more' links etc are just listing as text). The error is '$(this.doc.body).adopt is not a function'.

I guess they might be related?
