I'm confused. Do I need to have both the default Joomla jquery system plugin AND the CoreJoomla jquery plugin enabled? Does the CoreJoomla jquery plugin fulfill all the needs of the default Joomla jquery plugin?

Also, is there some detailed information on what the different CoreJoomla plugin settings do or how they should typically be enabled?
