Hi,

In addition to the missing bounties setting I submitted yesterday there are a number of things missing:

1. Permisions for: category subscription, WYSiWYG editor permission

2. All notification settings are absent in the backend. Which also reminds to to ask; is there a way to set up a cron to send notification emails? I would imagine in a very large community, if thousands of notifications were triggered on page laoad, the site might crash

3. Mising bount setting (enable/disable)

I have downgraded my site back to v3 as this version seems to be unfinished in its current form.
