Message “already taken..”

Hi there,

I got from a few people the feedback that they had the message "..already taken..." although they opened the link for the first time. After Browser Cache etc. deleting no change also with different Browsers.

Version 5.1.1; CjLib Version 2.8.8

Survey restrictions: IP Adress and Cookies

Access: public

 

Do you have any hint for me?
