Hello to all, i have 3 issues.

1. Mod bloggers not showing avatars. Top, Latest, Popular not showing.

2. In the blog page, after the username says (profile). When i click on this link, i get an error:
Not Found
The requested URL /name was not found on this server (name is the username of the blogger).
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

3. Is it possible for bloggers to see other blogger's profile?
