When the page calls a modal pop-up, for example "start a bounty" on this page:

the modal pop-up aligns off the left of the page. I don't see anything conflicting with the template's classes. Am I missing something?

Also, the default calls for a user to "Like it on Facebook, +1 on Google, Tweet it or share this question on other bookmarking websites", but the social links don't appear, where should I turn those on?

Finally, I have turned on Gravatar in integrations for my profile integration and avatar, but nothing is apparent on the front end. Do I need to install a Gravatar plugin separately?

If I'm asking questions that are answered elsewhere already - apologies. I haven't found guidance on these topics.
