Is it possible to create a survey so that multiple people can access the same survey and provide answers to that survey?

For example, our association "members" are really organizations. We conduct an annual survey in which the organizational CEOs, as well as other key staff members, need access to complete the same survey where the CEO completes some fields while other staff complete other fields. After all the fields have been entered, then the survey is submitted and finalized.

I have a way to extract a CompanyID from my Joomla database to associate organizational responders (survey submitters), and could do that with custom PHP code, if there were some way to then pass that along to Community Surveys or include some IF-THEN code on the survey page.

Any way to do this with Community Surveys?
