I like having the new option "Moderate First Posts with URLs" - but can you please explain what you mean by 'moderate'?

Is a first post with URL going to be blocked? Or unpublished with a warning? ( And note sent to admin?)

What happens, exactly?

Oh, and "FEATURE REQUEST" ( if not already implemented!!) - Can we have this set to ignore any 'internal' URLs belonging to our website? We are happy whenever a user posts that kind of URL...( even on their first post!!)
