Not propagate the page after voting.

First, I allow voitng for public (guest user) but disallow public to view the result. if the user needs to see the result, he must sign up the web (this is my way to do marketing).
:but when we push the vote button It is only say "please wati..." and stay this as long as like forever. I have to refresh the page so I can see the sign up invitation message
:In registered user case: the situation is the same. when they hit the vote button it just saying please wait... and not propagate the result. we have to refresh the page so the result show.

Pls help us to make it propagate the result or invitiation in proper time.
