Hi,
We would like to make some modifications to the PDF report:

We would like the total points achieved to display in the report

Also, from the top table we would like to remove:

Response ID 
Quiz ID 
IP Address 
Country 
City 
Browser OS

Leaving only:

User Name 
Response Date

We also need to reformat the response date so that it's time, date and with the date in DDMMYYYY (UK style)

We also need to remove the red cross and "You chose the wrong answer" text. 

How can we do this?
